Embracing Multi-skilling in Human Resource Management

Introduction  HR practitioners must now embrace the idea of multiskilling in order to successfully traverse the intricacies of the contemporary workplace and promote corporate success. The days of HR specialists handling employee benefits administration, onboarding, and recruitment exclusively are long gone.
